- Company 360s for groups or individuals: We can run 360° feedback projects for you anywhere in the world for one person or for groups of any size, using either our or your own questions.
- Customised questionnaires and reports: You specify the wording of the questions and the report format, and we will gladly advise on questionnaire and report design to achieve the desired outcome. We can also brand the questionnaire and report with your logo and colour scheme.
- Team Performance Review and Team Effectiveness Survey: An entirely different approach, involving feedback within the team only, which allows teams to review how effectively they are operating and also provide individual feedback on their contributions to the team process and the roles they play. - Feedback coaching: If you need someone from outside the company to help your leaders interpret their reports and create personal development plans, we can offer experienced coaches to do this either online or face-to-face.

- In-house systems: Thornhill can also create your own customised online administration system to manage the entire process yourself, using your own branded questionnaires.
- Integration into other systems: We can seamlessly integrate a questionnaire into an existing system through a web-service based approach.
- Surveys: Thornhill can run surveys where respondents provide feedback on an organisation or services, such as transformation and customer opinion surveys, instead of providing feedback on an individual. We offer three standard staff surveys to assess engagement, climate and diversity, and these can be customised to reflect your current priorities.
